Holy Orders is the sacrament through which the mission entrusted by Christ to his apostles continues to be exercised in the Church, calling men to serve as deacons, priests, or bishops. We pray for those discerning a call to the priesthood or religious life, that they may respond with courage and generosity to God's invitation.
