The purpose of this Commission is to help members of our parish family understand and lead a “stewardship way of life” through time in prayer, sharing of talents, and financial generosity.
The goals of the Liturgy Commission include: planning special parish liturgies, educating the parish about the meaning of the liturgy, and promoting the spiritual life of the community. This Commission is also responsible for training and renewal of those involved in a liturgical ministry. Members of this Commission are selected representatives of all areas of liturgy.

The members of this group combine prayer with fellowship and friendship, while working on hobbies they enjoy: knitting, crocheting, quilting, etc. Completed items are blessed before being put to use. Several members of the group crochet the white garments given during infant Baptisms In our parish.
This group is devoted to supporting vocations to the priesthood and religious life through prayer, special programs, and financial support. There is a monthly meeting with the recitation of the Rosary; there is also a monthly Mass followed by Adoration. The Salina group works closely with the Diocesan Vocations Office. A part of Vocatio is the “31 Club” in which participants dedicate themselves to one day a month of focused prayer for vocations at Adoration or Mass.
